ORDER

This Criminal Original Petitions has been filed to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to give adequate police protection for the plastering work in the walls of the petitioner's residential house, which is situated in the southern side of S.No.529/26, North Street, Meenampatti North, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District by considering his representation dated 11.04.2020.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), in respect of dispute, both the parties namely, the petitioner as well as the third respondent herein had given a complaint and counter complaint. Both were enquired and in the enquiry, both decided to approach the Civil Court for appropriate remedy. On that ground, both the complaints were closed on 02.06.2020. So, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.
