2.Considering the reasons assigned in affidavit filed in support of this petition, we are inclined to allow this petition. 3.Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the time to deposit a sum of Rs.2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) towards costs payable to the High Court Legal Services Committee attached to this Bench, within a period of one week from today (ie., 21.04.2026). 4.The Registry is directed to receive the amount without insisting the copy of this order.
