This Petition has been filed to direct the learned Principal District and Sessions Court cum PCR Court, Thanjavur, to dispose the bail application filed by the petitioner on merits on the same day of his surrender before the above mentioned concerned Court in Crime No.132 of 2018, on the file of the respondent Police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The learned Principal District and Sessions Court cum PCR Court, Thanjavur, is directed to dispose the bail application filed by the petitioner on merits on the same day if the petitioner surrenders in the forenoon session and on the next working day if the petitioner surrenders in the afternoon session. 3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed.
