ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records in D.V.C.No. 6 of 2016, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tirunelveli, and quash the same as illegal.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioners are in-laws of the respondent. Since the allegations have been made against these petitioners/R2 to R4 also, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings in D.V.C.No.6 of 2016.

4. In fine, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the appearance of the petitioners, before the trial Court is dispensed with and they are directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tirunelveli, as and when their presence is required. Consequently the connected Crl.M.P(MD). No.11105 of 2016 is closed.
