ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- When the matter was taken up for hearing on 03.07.2017, since there is no reason assigned for not filing a petition for extension of time within the time stipulated, this Court directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.1000/- to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Bench on or before 10.07.2017, failing which this petition stands dismissed without passing any further orders.

2. Today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the cost imposed by this Court was already paid by the petitioner and he complied with the condition. Further, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
