O R D E R This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police, to expedite the investigation in Crime No.188 of 2016 dated 14.09.2016 and file the final report within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.

2.Today, When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police would submit that the investigation in Crime No.188 of 2016 has been completed, final report was made ready and the same will be presented before the concerned Court within a short time.

3. In view of the above submission, there shall be direction to the second respondent police to file final report before the concerned Court, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
