ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the show cause notice issued by the first respondent in No.292/A1/2018 dated 09.10.2018. 2.The petitioner is a stamp vendor stated to have obtained license from the first respondent. The impugned show cause notice dated 09.10.2018 has been issued against the petitioner, asking her as to why she should not be called upon to give explanation for the proposed action to cancel the license issued in her favour. 3.Since the impugned notice is only a show cause notice and the petitioner is expected to show cause against the said impugned notice, it is open to the petitioner to give her explanations/objections to the proposed action. Therefore, this Court is of the view that the writ petition, at this stage, cannot be entertained.

4.This writ petition is dismissed accordingly. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to file her explanations/objections before the first respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such explanation being given by the petitioner within the time stipulated by this Court, it is open to the first respondent to consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

accordance with law after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, WMP(MD)Nos.19516 & 19517 of 2018 are closed.
