ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 506(ii) I.P.C. in Crime No.Not known of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner.

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police is harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

4.Since the enquiry is still pending, this petition is dismissed. However, the respondent police shall issue notice for any further steps taken.
