This petition is filed to quash FIR in Crime NO.440 of 2014 on the file of the Inspector of Police Kalakkadu Police Station Tirunelveli District.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent submit that the first respondent, after conducting the investigation in Crime No.440 of 2014, filed charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri on 05.10.2015 and the same is not yet taken on file.

3.Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Nanguneri is directed to take the charge sheet on file and after conducting proper trial, dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible. Consequently, connected Crl.M.P.(MD)No.11111 of 2016 is also dismissed.
