2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the complaint of the third respondent was treated as petition enquiry and issued a current Paper No.G3/12964/917/2020. and the same was closed on 27.05.2020 as the complaint pertains to a money dispute.
3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed as no further orders are necessary.
