PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS Act, to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry on the basis of the representation dated 05.03.2025 in accordance with law.

ORDER

The present application has been filed seeking a direction to the third respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members in the guise of enquiry on the basis of the representation dated 05.03.2025 in accordance with law.

2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents Police, an enquiry was initiated on the basis of the complaint lodged by the fourth respondent on 28.02.2026. After enquiry, it was closed on 09.03.2026 and therefore, the petitioner would not be called upon for any further enquiry.
