ORDER

This petition has filed for a direction to the learned Principal Sessions Judge,Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur to expedite and complete the trial in S.C.No.90 of 2016 within a time limit.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the hearings of the case in S.C.No.90 of 2016, on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge,Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputhur, is dragging on; in the meantime, the accused persons threatened the petitioner with dire consequences to withdraw the case filed against them.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going to the merits of the case, the learned Principal Sessions Judge,Virudhunagar District at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Srivilliputhur, is directed to complete the trial in S.C.No.90 of 2016, as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
