Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to evaluate the petitioner`s M.Ed.degree certificate and consequently grant the incentives and all other attendant and monetary benefits to the petitioner within the stipulated period that may be fixed by this Hon`ble Court. Alleging that the order of this Court in W.P(MD)No.19886 of 2020, dated 04.01.2021, has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner's representation was considered and rejected by the respondent and the order passed by this Court has been complied with.

3.Recording the same, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
