ORDER

For the sake of convenience, the parties herein are referred to as per the rank in Crl.R.C(MD)No.367 of 2025.

2. The revision petitioners have received all the Srithana articles including gold jewellery, house hold articles, Pongal Seer articles, dress materials and an amount of Rs.20,00,000/- as one time settlement is also paid by the respondent to the petitioners. The petitioners agreeing the same, have entered into a compromise and have also filed a satisfaction memo on their own volition. Parties are present before this Court. The 1st petitioner has also agreed to withdraw the cases in D.V.C.No.120 of 2/14

2023 on the file of Additional Mahila Court, Tiruchirappalli and H.M.C.M.A.No.34 of 2024 on the file of I Additional District Court, Madurai.

3. Both the parties have agreed to file a petition for divorce by mutual consent on or before 16.07.2025 before the Family Court, Tiruchirappalli. The learned Family Court, Tiruchirappalli is directed to number the same within a period of 2 days from the filing of the petition and dispose of the same within a period of one (1) month thereafter. I appreciate the service rendered by the Commissioner Mr.Ganapathy Raman (1471/2004) Advocate for having taken hectic effort to resolve the issue between the couple involved. The satisfaction memo filed by the parties shall form part and parcel of the order and the same is extracted hereunder:
