The present petition has been filed seeking a direction as against the first respondent to instruct the second and third respondents not to harass the petitioner and her family members.

According to the learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the first and the second respondents, a complaint was lodged as against the petitioner on 19.02.2026 and C.S.R.No.43 of 2026 was issued. After investigation, it was closed on 04.03.2026 and therefore, the petitioner would not be called for any further enquiry.
