ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused Not known apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 506(ii) of IPC and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Women Harassment Act in Crime No.Not known of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submitted that as on date, there is no case/petition is pending against the petitioner.
