petitioner's representation, dated 28.01.2022 following the guidelines of the circular issued by the first respondent, dated 27.09.2022 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

ORDER

The writ petition has been filed in the nature of mandamus, seeking direction against the second respondent/District Registrar, Palayamkottai Taluk, Tirunelveli District to proceed further with the enquiry in case No. 5112/A3/2021, which had been registered on the basis of the petition given by the petitioner herein under Section 68(2) of the Registration Act, 1908.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the second respondent had issued a notice to the petitioner for an enquiry, thereafter, it was kept pending for a considerable period of time. As per the information received from the Right to Information Act, the petitioner came to know that in the said enquiry notice had been directed against those individuals, against 2/5

whom the petitioner had given complaint, namely Jeyapal, Salamon and Vishnu.

3.Let the petitioner again go over to the office of the second respondent in the second week of April, 2023 and give separate petition along with name and address of those three individuals. Thereafter, the second respondent is directed to proceed with the enquiry and pass a final order, in the manner known to law. The said exercise should be completed on or before 31.07.2023.

4.With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
