ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner / Accused Rank not known, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 379 1/3

IPC in Crime No.32 of 2024, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the accused persons have stolen the materials belonged to the Paper Mill Company. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he is an innocent person. Hence, he prays for anticipatory bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that three previous cases are pending against the petitioner, which are similar in nature. Hence, he prays for dismissal of this petition.

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the previous antecedents reported against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
