The criminal original petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram in Crl.M.P.No.1256 of 2020, dated 22.06.2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.K.Ramakrishnan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. In view of the present COVID -19 situation, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Ramanathapuram in Crl.M.P.No.1256 of 2020, dated 22.06.2020. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for the purpose of interrogation.
