This writ petition has been filed seeking writ of mandamus directing the respondents to disburse the sanctioned amount of Rs.50,000/- to the petitioner in pursuance of the proceedings of the third respondent in Pa.Mu.No.7608/2024 dated 22.02.2024 under the Tamil Nadu State Pensioners' Family Security Fund Scheme.

2.This matter earlier came up for consideration before this Court on 11.03.2026 and the same was adjourned at the instance of Mr.S.Shaji Bino, learned Special Government Pleader, for getting instructions.

3.Today (i.e., 25.03.2026), when the matter is taken up for consideration again, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for hte petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader that the amount of Rs.50,000/- has already been paid to the writ petitioner. Therefore, the relief sought for in the present petition has become infructuous. 4.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed.
