The petitioner is in arrears of lease rental. The petitioner's case is that he has already made certain deposits and that the lease arrears will have to be adjusted against the same.

2. Today the calculation memo was filed and it is seen therefrom that the petitioner is entitled to refund of Rs.93,493/- (Rupees Ninety Three Thousand Four Hundred and Ninety Three only).

3. The second respondent is directed to return the said amount of Rs.93,493/- (Rupees Ninety Three Thousand Four Hundred and Ninety Three only) forthwith in any event, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
