This petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No.127/2015 on the file of the first respondent Police and quash the same.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the first respondent, after conducting the investigation in Crime NO.127 of 2015, filed charge sheet on 30.08.2016 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam and the same was not taken on file.
3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
