ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 379 of IPC r/w. 21 (i) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulations) Act, 1957, in Crime No.77 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with others illegally transported two units of sand. Hence, the complaint.

5.Therefore, this petition cannot be considered to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
