This petition has been filed for a direction to direct the first and second respondents to give police protection for visiting the house property of the petitioner and his family members based on his representation dated 09.03.2023.

2. The dispute is between the brother and sisters. The petitioner is not being allowed to renovate his own property and it is being interfered.

3. The issue involved in this petition cannot be decided by the police. The petitioner has to necessarily work out his remedy before the competent civil Court. Except giving this liberty, no further orders can be passed in this petition.
