This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.230 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that after completion of enquiry, the petition was closed as 'mistake of fact' and the copy of closure report has been served on the petitioner on 09.10.2016.

4. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
