O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.12/B-2, TAN/2023, dated 14.03.2023 and also seeking direction to the 2nd respondent to grant permission to the petitioner to conduct meeting.

2.Mr.B.Nambiselvan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, takes notice for the respondents. He would submit that the place in which the said meeting is going to be held is the Railway Junction, which is a public place. On that ground the above said request has been rejected by the respondents. If the petitioner choose any alternative place, it will be considered by the respondents.

3.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to sent a fresh representation by choosing alternative place, to the respondents. On such receipt of fresh representation, the respondents shall pass orders on its own merits and in accordance with law.

4.With the above said directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
