This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to take necessary action on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 11.03.2021.

2. Today when the matter is taken for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner against Vijaya and others, enquiry was undertaken in CSR No.47 of 2021 and during the course of the enquiry, it was found that there is a land dispute among the parties and since Crl.O.P(MD) No.508 of 2021 filed by the petitioner has been dismissed, further action was dropped on 23.05.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.8447 of 2021 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) that the enquiry was already closed on 23.05.2021, nothing survives for further adjudication. The Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
