ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that a 1/4

case in crime No.35 of 2023 was registered under Section 174 Cr.P.C. During the course of enquiry, it was found that the abetment was caused by the petitioner, thereafter, section was altered into 306 IPC. on that basis only, the respondent police conducted an enquiry with the petitioner's family members and no harassment has been made by the first respondent.

2. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), nothing survives for further direction or consideration in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the first respondent police to conduct the investigation as per the rules.
