Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 5 to conduct an enquiry as per Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act 2007 and to take appropriate action against the respondents 6 to 8 and also directed the respondents 1 to 5 to return the petitioner's properties original documents from respondents 6 to 8 and the respondents 6 to 8 to permit and protect her living dwelling house in her life time and the 3rd respondent to cancel the documents without her consent created forged documents of her properties in the respondents 6 to 8. ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner has approached the fourth respondent under the provisions of Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007.

3.The fourth respondent is directed to conduct enquiry and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The fourth respondent shall put the private respondents on notice before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
