ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.THIYAGARAJAN, Advocate for the petitioners, the court made the following order:- Since it is a matrimonial dispute, this Court is inclined to refer the matter for mediation.

2. This Court appoints Mr.L.Shaji Chellan, Advocate, as Mediator in this case. The petitioners and the respondent shall appear before the Mediator without fail.

3. Mr.L.Shaji Chellan, learned counsel, who is appointed as Mediator, shall mediate the parties and file a report before this Court on or before 25.07.2022.
