O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to file a final report after completion of investigation in Crime No.189 of 2017 pending on the file of the second respondent police.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. It appears that on 07.06.2017, the petitioner has given a complaint and the case was registered in Crime No.189 of 2017.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that despite passing of a month, the respondents have not taken any action on his complaint, in which, grave offence of threat to the life and limb of the petitioner is alleged.

5.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, submitted that within a period of two months, the respondent would be able to file a final report. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

6. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original

Petition is allowed. The second respondent police is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No. 189 of 2017 and file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
