2. It is seen that there appears to be civil dispute between the petitioner and Ramanathapuram Samasthanam, Devasthanam Head Office, with regard to the property in question. Under such circumstances, the prayer in the writ petition as well as in the criminal original petition is not maintainable and it is for the parties to work out their remedies before the appropriate forum.
