ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner with respect to the subject property, after considering the representation made by the petitioner on 08.12.2020.
2. The case of the petitioner is that she had purchased the subject property by virtue of a registered sale deed dated 22.03.1999. The petitioner had made several representations seeking for grant of patta in her name with respect to the subject property. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court seeking for appropriate directions.
3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

W.P.(MD)No.8532 of 2021 case and the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 08.12.2020 and deal with the same on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass orders within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the second respondent along with all the relevant documents and also a copy of this order.
6. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
