ORDER
After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent, I am inclined to dispose of this writ petition by directing the respondent to transfer the ownership of the Vehicle (Mahindra Bolero Power + ZLX MH) in temporary registration No.TN/49/TMP/2018/635 and register the same without insisting the presence of the petitioner's grandmother, namely Azhagi alias Muthazhagi, who is bedridden, based on the documents submitted by the petitioner or in the alternative, visiting the petitioner's grandmother and verifying the situation of the petitioner's grandmother and take a proper decision. The respondent is at liberty to charge any amount that may be required as per law from the petitioner.
2.The writ petition stands disposed of, in terms of the above observations. No costs.
