Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 5th respondent in No.Nil dated 04.08.2014, quash the same and direct the respondents 4 and 5 to reinstate the petitioner into services with all attendant benefits. For Petitioners : Mr.R.Subramanian For Respondents : Mr.B.Vijaya Karthikeyan, AGP for R1 Mr.M.Muthukeethaiyan, for R3 No appearance for R2, 4 and 5 COMMON ORDER Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners filed a memo dated 08.06.2015. The said memo reads as follows:
"The petitioner filed the above Writ petition challenging the order of termination passed by the 5th respondent. Now by order dated 03.06.2015, the 5th respondent reinstated the petitioner. Hence, recording the same, the Writ petition has to be closed.
It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to record the order dated 03.06.2015 passed by the 5th respondent reinstating the petitioner and close the Writ petition and thus render justice."
2.In view of the above, the Writ petitions stand closed. The memo shall form part of the record. No costs. Consequently, connected M.Ps.are closed.
