2.The writ petitioner applied for the petition mentioned loan way back in the year 2018. Since it has not been considered till date, the present writ petition came to be filed.

3.I am more than satisfied that all the relevant papers are very much with the sixth respondent. The sixth respondent may call upon the petitioner to comply with any other formalities if necessary. This shall be done by the sixth respondent within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the sixth respondent will forward the loan application to the fourth respondent through the fifth respondent within a period of 10 days thereafter. The fourth respondent will process the application and if everything is in order they will sanction the loan. The file will be sent back to the sixth respondent. The sixth respondent will thereupon disburse the loan amount. 4.Thereafter, the sixth respondent will apply to the second respondent making a claim for subsidy. After subsidy amount is received, it shall be disbursed to the petitioner in addition to the loan amount already disbursed.

5.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
