ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition No.1 imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1963 of 2023, dated 20.10.2023 on the file of the learned Sessions Juge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Dindigul.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not having any blood relatives and thereby, he could not able to comply with the condition imposed by the Court below. Hence, he seeks for modification of the condition No.1. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition No.1 already imposed on the petitioner vide order dated 20.10.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.4881 of 2024 is modified to the effect that "(1).The petitioner/accused shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two Government servants' sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Juge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Dindigul".
