ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the respondents to include Penal Sections 447, 326 of Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act in Crime No.24 of 2016 on the file of the respondent No.2 and complete the investigation and file charge sheet before the jurisdictional Court within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard both sides.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the 2nd respondent police after completing the investigation, filed final report before the concerned Court on 25.01.2016 and he further submitted that nothing survives in this matter for further adjudication. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
