ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the earlier anticipatory bail application moved by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court stating that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is necessary in this case and therefore, prayed for dismissal of this application. The counsel for the intervener also reiterates the same contention.

2. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
