O R D E R

The report received from the trial Court reveals that due to the non payment of batta E.A.No.55 of 2018 was dismissed by the executing Court.

2. The petitioner can very well file a petition to restore the Execution Application. But, instead of filing the petition before the trial Court, the petitioner straight away filed this Civil Revision Petition before this Court with a delay of three days. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. Consequently, CRP(MD).SR.No.23238 of 2019 is rejected in the SR stage itself.
