PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.482 of BNSS PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.Not Known of 2025 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 85 of BNS in Crime No.Not Known of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the first respondent and the learned Counsel for the second respondent are present. The petitioner and the Defacto-complainant are also present before this Court.

3. Earlier, this Court directed the petitioner and the defacto-complainant to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court by way of order dated 09.04.2025. In obedience to the said order, both the parties appeared before the Mediation Centre and finally the matter was settled. Accordingly, mediation report along with settlement agreement dated 28.04.2025 was sent to this Court. This Court carefully perused the said Mediation report and settlement Agreement and read over the same to the parties in open Court, both the parties 2/3

admitted the terms as correct.

4. Recording the terms of settlement, this Court is inclined to close the present Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
