PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 702 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner /A1 was arrested and remanded to judicial custody by the respondent police on 01.06.2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of IPC

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner was detained under Act 14 of 1982 on 11.07.2020.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for the present.
