The petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition, to direct the respondents to allow him to carry out his scavenging work at Nelkattumseval Panchayat, Nelkattum Seval, Sivakiri Taluk, Tenkasi District and disburse his salary arrears amount, on the basis of his representation, dated 06.02.2021.

W.P(MD)No.8519 of 2021 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner died on 25.06.2021 and in view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition.
