This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file final report in Crime No.25 of 2016 within a time frame.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that after completion of investigation, the respondent police filed final report in Crime No.25 of 2016, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Karaikudi, on 31.10.2016 and the same is yet to be taken on file.

4. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
