This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to direct the 3rd and 4th respondents to remove illegally dumping waste and burning the rubbish near Peravurani to Karambakudi panchayat main road nearby Seruvaviludhi North, Vettikadu, Pattukottai, Thanjavur District.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have removed the garbage in front of the petitioner's house and therefore, this Writ Petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

4. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No cost. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
