ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first and third respondents to take necessary action based on petitioner representation dated 02.03.2026.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has made a representation dated 02.03.2026 to the respondents stating that there was a scuffle between the petitioner and some persons, in which the petitioner was attacked by the accused persons. Seeking necessary action against the accused persons, this writ petition is filed.
3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that a First Information Report in Crime No.63 of 2026 has been registered on the petitioner's complaint against one Parthiban and four others, for the offences under Sections 191(1), 296(b), 115(2), 303(2) and 351(2) of BNS, 2023. Investigation is ongoing on the said FIR. 2/4
4. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. 11.03.2026 NCC :
