ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 04.10.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 353, 307 I.P.C and 3(1) of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.141 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is the Assistant Engineer attached to the R.S.Mangalam E.B. Office. On 04.10.2018, the petitioner came to the E.B. Office and questioned about the supplying the electricity power in controversy to the announcement of power cut published in daily news paper which results the wordy altercation and the petitioner abused him and attacked him, with iron rod and damaged the meter box worth about Rs.1000/- and also deter public servant from discharge of his duty. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was falsely implicated in this case and he is in judicial custody from 04.10.2018 onwards. He is an innocent person. He further submitted that no injury to the de-facto complainant. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Considering the above facts and circumstances and also considering the fact that no one is injured in this case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail subject to the following conditions:

(i) the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvadanai, Ramanathapuram.

(ii)the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
