The petitioner has approached this Court as against the Look Out Circular issued by the third respondent as against the Petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that this petitioner is arrayed as accused in C.C.No.453 of 2023, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kovilpatti and the case is posted for appearance of the accused on 26.03.2024.

3. Considering the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the petitioner to approach the concerned Judicial Magistrate, by filing an application that he would be available during the trial. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Kovilpatti, shall ensure his availability and issue No objection Certificate. Along with the No objection Certificate, the petitioner shall approach the respondent police. The respondent police 2/4

shall consider the same and recall the Look Out Circular. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
