ORDER

Seeking direction to the second and third respondents herein to take appropriate action as against the respondents 4 and 5 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 18.01.2026 and 25.02.2026, this Writ Petition is filed.

2.Since no adverse order is likely to be passed against the respondents 4 and 5, notice to them is dispensed with.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner had given a complaint as against the respondents 4 and 5 via online mode on 18.01.2026 with respect to the caste atrocity and related physical and verbal altercation, which had happened between the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5 to the third respondent and thereafter, to the first respondent in-person. However, no action is taken so far. Hence, this petition. 4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the State, on instructions, submitted that enquiry is pending the same will be concluded 2/5

soon.

5.Heard both sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

6.Considering the submissions made, the third respondent is directed to issue summon under Section 64 of BNSS to the petitioner as well as the respondents 4 and 5 for enquiry and conclude the investigation on the petitioner's complaint within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and further directed to appraise the progress in the investigation from time to time every Friday to the first respondent police. The first respondent police is directed to monitor the ongoing investigation which is being undertaken by the third respondent.
