2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly and he would further submit that the charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Court. 3.Considering the fact that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned trial Court for each and every hearing date.
